We accept most major insurance plans. We're proud to be in-network with Northwell Direct, and we accept no-fault for auto-accident injuries, both with excellent chiropractic benefits. 32BJ Health Fund members: Northwell Direct now includes 32BJ members, so you can see us in-network. Not sure about your plan? Call us and we'll check your coverage before your visit.
Your First Visit
- Health history: Complete your intake forms online before you arrive, or fill them out in the office.
- Consultation: We talk through your symptoms, goals and activities.
- Examination: Orthopedic, neurological and movement testing to find the source of the problem.
- Treatment begins: You'll leave with a clear plan, and treatment starts on your first visit.
What to Bring
Your insurance card, photo ID, and any recent imaging or reports.
